1. Who we are
Zetsu is developed and published by ADACHISOFT VIETNAM (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). Purchases are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) acting as merchant of record; Polar’s own terms and privacy policy apply to checkout and billing.
2. The software
Zetsu is a noise-cancellation application for macOS 26 or later on Apple Silicon. Features, engines and system requirements may change between releases.
3. Your license
Use of Zetsu’s noise cancellation requires a purchased license or the built-in free trial: subject to these terms, ADACHISOFT VIETNAM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Zetsu for personal or business purposes on up to 3 Macs per license key (one user). You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or modify the app, and you may not reverse-engineer it except to the extent applicable law permits. Zetsu bundles third-party software under separate licenses — see the third-party notices.
Free trial. Zetsu includes a one-time 7-day trial with all features, started explicitly from the app’s menu. It requires no account and no payment method. When the trial ends, noise cancellation locks; audio routed through Zetsu’s devices continues to pass through unchanged.
4. License keys and enforcement
Your license key is delivered by email immediately after purchase and represents the license described in section 3. Zetsu requires activation: the app validates your key against Polar’s license API and reserves one of the 3 device activations per key. Between successful re-checks a 14-day offline grace period applies. Keys attached to a subscription (Monthly or Annual) remain valid while the subscription is active; Lifetime keys do not expire. Keys are personal and may not be shared or resold. You can free a device’s activation from the app or the customer portal.
Discontinuation commitment. If we permanently discontinue selling and operating Zetsu — or if license validation permanently ceases to be available (for example, because our merchant of record shuts down) — we will publish a final build of Zetsu that runs without license validation, so that copies you have already purchased keep working. This commitment survives the end of sales.
5. Purchases, billing and cancellation
Prices are listed in USD; applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Polar at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically — Monthly each month, Annual each year — until cancelled. You can cancel, view invoices, and manage your license keys anytime in the Polar customer portal; after cancellation you keep access for the already-paid period.
6. Refunds
To request a refund, email support@zetsu.app with your order number (found in your receipt or the customer portal); refunds are executed by Polar, our merchant of record. We review requests case by case and honor them where reasonable. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country of residence.
7. Updates
Zetsu updates itself via the built-in Sparkle updater; you can also check manually from the menu. Updates may add, change or remove functionality.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
Zetsu is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Software may contain defects; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use Zetsu at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADACHISOFT VIETNAM’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Zetsu is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months preceding the claim; ADACHISOFT VIETNAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
